Slough Museum has been committed to preserving the fascinating history of Slough for over twenty years, and continues to engage and inspire local people and visitors to the area to learn about the town’s cultural heritage. The Museum is open Wednesday-Saturday, 11.30am-4.00pm, and admission is free.
At the heart of the Museum is a unique collection of objects, photographs and stories that tell the history of Slough and its people. Throughout the year the Museum offers a rich programme of temporary exhibitions, events and learning activities. Please explore the rest of the website to see what's currently on.
Slough Museum is an independent, accredited Museum as well as being a charity and company with limited liability. Regular grants from Slough Borough Council, a number of local and national organisations and the generosity of local people keep the museum open and the collections safe for future generations.
